All orders are shipped for next day delivery unless your address is not in the guaranteed next day delivery area.


All of our goods come with a manufacturer's warranty recognised in Australia.


Our refund policy is in line with Government requirements.

As a retailer we do not have to accept returns because you have decided that you do not wish to or are unable to keep the item. In the event a refund is required, it is your obligation to pay for any freight costs.

All refunds must be accompanied with proof of purchase from Blue Sky Navigation.

Refunds will be given in the following circumstances.

If the goods:

  • do not do the job the customer was led to believe they would
  • have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase
  • do not match a sample the customer was shown
  • are not as they were described.

We will not provide a refund if:

  • no proof of purchase is offered
  • you simply change your mind
  • you find the goods cheaper elsewhere
  • you knew of a particular fault before buying the goods
  • the goods were damaged after the purchase, unless the damage is a result of the normal, recommended use of the goods

Cancelling An Order

We will accept an order cancellation via telephone or email however, please be aware that once payment has been received from you, goods are generally shipped within twenty four hours and once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
